About The Role

As a Junior Programmatic Buyer, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our programmatic advertising efforts. Working closely with your Account Director, you will assist in campaign setup, monitoring, optimization, and reporting. This role is designed for someone who is detail-oriented, analytical, and eager to build on their existing knowledge of digital advertising.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the setup, monitoring, and optimization of programmatic advertising campaigns to meet client objectives.

  • Analyze campaign data regularly to identify trends and generate insights, leading to improved campaign strategies and performance.

  • Manage self-serve programmatic platforms to avoid redundant inventory and strategies.

  • Ensure campaign workflow adheres to quality standards, brand safety, and deadlines.

  • Prepare and present detailed reports on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to clients.

  • Collaborate closely with the Account Director on campaign recommendations and day-to-day delivery of programmatic solutions.

  • Coordinate with creative, data analysts, and media buying teams to ensure campaign coherence and effectiveness.

  • Develop integrated strategies with the digital team to enhance overall campaign performance.

  • Gain and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the client’s business.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and agency partners.

  • Keep abreast of the latest programmatic advertising trends and technologies for ongoing strategy and practice improvement.

  • Possess working knowledge of relevant agency and industry systems and tools.

  • Take responsibility for executing assigned project tasks.

  • Ensure clear communication across the team.

  • Other tasks and responsibilies as required.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of digital media experience.

  • Ability to adjust work hours to meet client deadlines as necessary.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills, with the ability to multi-task.

  • Experience with one or more digital advertising platforms such as TheTradeDesk, DV360, Xandr, or Amazon DSP, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads,

    Meta, LinkedIn, Snapchat, TikTok, X, Reddit, or Pinterest.

  • Strong proficiency in Excel, data analysis tools, and MS Office Suite.

  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational abilities, with high attention to detail.

  • Experience in ad trafficking and familiarity with Looker Studio Dashboards are preferred.

  • Certifications in Google Ads, programmatic platforms, social media platforms, or digital marketing are preferred.
