About The Role
We are seeking an experienced and innovative Programmatic Media Buyer to join our dynamic digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of executing successful programmatic campaigns and a passion for staying at the forefront of digital advertising technology.
As a Programmatic Media Buyer, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing programmatic media campaigns across various platforms to achieve our marketing objectives. You will work closely with internal and external creative, analytics, and account management teams to ensure that our programmatic campaigns are aligned with the overall marketing strategy and deliver maximum ROI.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute programmatic media campaigns across multiple platforms and channels
Utilize demand-side platforms (DSPs) to purchase digital advertising space efficiently
Monitor and optimize campaigns in real-time to ensure maximum performance and ROI
Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends and insights
Collaborate with creative and account management teams to develop effective ad creatives
Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively
Conduct A/B testing to determine the most effective strategies
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
Develop and maintain relationships with media vendors and partners
Prepare and present campaign performance reports to stakeholders
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards
Implement audience segmentation and targeting strategies
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to campaign execution
Requirements
Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in programmatic media buying
Proficiency with major demand-side platforms (DSPs)
Experience with ad serving platforms, including CM360 and Flashtalking
Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools
Excellent understanding of real-time bidding (RTB) and programmatic ecosystems
Experience with data management platforms (DMPs) and audience segmentation
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, PowerPoint and Excel
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously
Strong communication and presentation skills
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
Proven track record of managing large-scale programmatic campaigns
Preferred Qualifications:
A self-starter with a proactive attitude and strong problem-solving skills
A passion for innovation and continuous learning in the rapidly evolving digital advertising landscape
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Strong strategic thinking capabilities to adapt to changing market conditions
Excellent negotiation skills to secure optimal ad placements and rates
A mindset geared towards testing and optimization to drive campaign performance
Exceptional attention to detail in monitoring campaign performance, ensuring quality assurance of creatives, and maintaining accurate reporting for informed decision-making.
Preferential consideration will be given to candidates with demonstrated experience in developing and executing comprehensive pixel and tag implementation strategies.
Experience with Paid Social considered an asset.
