About The Role
We are seeking an experienced and innovative Senior Paid Search Account Manager to join our dynamic digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and managing successful paid search campaigns and a deep understanding of the digital advertising landscape.
As a Senior Paid Search Account Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid search media campaigns across various platforms to achieve our clients’ marketing objectives. You will work closely with internal and external teams to ensure that our paid search campaigns are aligned with the overall marketing strategy and deliver maximum ROI.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive paid search strategies across multiple platforms and campaign formats, including Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, Shopping, and YouTube.
Manage and optimize large-scale Google Ads and Bing Ads campaigns
Oversee product feed management and optimization within Google and Bing Merchant Centres, as required
Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights and opportunities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align paid search efforts with overall marketing objectives
Provide strategic recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders
Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively
Conduct A/B testing to determine the most effective strategies
Develop and maintain relationships with media vendors and partners
Prepare and present campaign performance reports to stakeholders
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to campaign execution
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
Mentor junior team members and contribute to the growth of the paid search department
Requirements
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in paid search management, with a focus on Google Ads and Bing Ads
Proven expertise in managing large budgets and driving ROI for clients
Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
Proficiency in Google Ads, Bing Ads, Google Merchant Center, and Google Search Console
Experience with SEM/SEO tools such as SEMrush and SimilarWeb
Familiarity with product feed architecture and management
Experience with bid management platforms (e.g., Kenshoo, Marin)
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong project management and organizational abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
Google Ads and Bing Ads certifications
Experience with Amazon Advertising and social media advertising platforms
Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization techniques
Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
Demonstrated ability to leverage and develop workflow efficiencies such as reporting automations, Google Scripts or automated rules to improve client results and campaign management effectiveness
