StickerYou set ambitious goals to grow revenue and do so in a scalable and profitable way, particularly through their Paid Search and Display advertising efforts. Despite setting aggressive revenue targets, they faced challenges in achieving a satisfactory return on investment (ROI), a critical factor for the profitable scaling of their Paid Search program.



Axiom completed a deep-level analysis of StickerYou's historical data and user search patterns, identifying high-value search themes and keywords that signalled strong purchase intent. This analysis laid the groundwork for a strategic overhaul of their campaigns, which shifted to long-tail keywords within these identified high-value themes. A new campaign structure also enabled optimized budget allocation to maximize spend where it could have the most impact.

A key component of our strategy involved leveraging Remarketing Lists for Search Ads (RLSAs) to fine-tune cost-per-click bids across various campaigns, ensuring we targeted users more likely to convert. Additionally, we refreshed ad content and introduced new ad extensions to increase relevance and engagement. Dynamic Remarketing campaigns were relaunched with a dual focus: re-engaging past site visitors and specifically targeting those who had abandoned their carts, encouraging them to complete their purchase.

The revamped strategy delivered impressive results from the get-go:

  • In the first 30 days alone, StickerYou saw a 40% increase in revenue and an 88% increase in ROI.

  • The year-over-year metrics were even more remarkable, with a 340% revenue increase, a 90% boost in ROI, a 14% rise in revenue per ad click, an 89% jump in click-through rate (CTR), and a 19% decrease in bounce rate.

  • These achievements exceeded their Paid Search revenue and ROI objectives, setting a new benchmark for growth and efficiency in their advertising efforts.
